I have been in IT and Design for many years, and have numerous strengths that enable me to be a welcomed member to your team.

Simplifying process documentation, designing eLearning classes and in-depth Instructional Design are some of my passions.

Working with various teams across an organization and being able to clearly detail their current processes and future state requirements using various diagramming methods such as swim lane process diagrams is extremely important and rewarding.

Collecting requirements, detailing into clear, actionable documentation and designs for training programs and professional learning materials is one of the most rewarding elements of my Sr Process Improvement Business Analyst and, Instructional Design roles.

My extensive web design experience as well as ITIL certifications complement any team.
